We started Rosabella because we were tired of watching people get sold the same broken promise, over and over.

A few years ago, someone close to our team went looking for something to help support her circulation as she got older. She tried three different beetroot supplements. She followed the instructions on every one of them, exactly as printed. She felt nothing.

Not because beetroot doesn't work. Because what she was taking wasn't really beetroot anymore, not in any way that mattered.

We started digging into how most of these products are actually made, and what we found frustrated us.

Almost every beetroot supplement on the shelf is processed with high heat, because heat is fast and heat is cheap. The problem is that the compound doing all the real work — a deep red pigment called betalain — is sensitive to heat. Process it that way, and you destroy a meaningful amount of it before it ever reaches the capsule.

On top of that, we found something else that bothered us just as much.

Most of these products simply don't use enough beetroot to begin with. A lot of labels bury the actual amount inside a "proprietary blend," so you have no real way of knowing how much you're getting, or whether it's enough to matter at all.

People weren't wasting their money because beetroot was overhyped.

They were wasting it on a damaged, underdosed product, and nobody was telling them that.

So we decided to build the thing we couldn't find.

We spent months researching processing methods before we ever sold a single bottle. We landed on cold-pressing — extracting the beetroot at low temperatures, slowly, so far more of the betalain content survives the trip from the field into the capsule. It costs more to make it this way. It takes longer. There were easier, cheaper roads we could have taken, the same ones most of this industry already took.

We didn't take them.

We also made a decision about dosage that we still stand behind. Each serving of Rosabella delivers 1,300mg of organic beetroot powder — well above what most competing brands put in a single dose, and printed plainly on the label, not hidden inside a blend.

We didn't start this company to sell people a story. We started it because we believe people deserve a product that actually does what it says it does — no proprietary blends to hide behind, no fillers padding out the dose, no shortcuts we'd be embarrassed to explain if someone asked us directly.

That's still how we make Rosabella today. One ingredient. A slower, more expensive process. A real, honest dose printed plainly on the label, because we're not trying to hide anything from you.

We'd rather earn your trust the honest way, one bottle at a time, than win it with a marketing claim we can't back up.

That's the whole reason this company exists.
